Founded in 2017, Morningside Montessori is the first Montessori Elementary School in Cyprus. It currently serves 60 students (ages 6-12) and is expanding, having relocated in September 2023 to a beautiful mansion on the outskirts of Nicosia. Job Description: We seek a reliable, compassionate, Montessori-certified Head of School or an experienced Lead Teacher ready to transition into this role. Responsibilities include operational and leadership duties, supporting and training staff in Montessori pedagogy, managing admissions and registrations, and ensuring daily compliance with internal regulations. The Head will be actively engaged in promoting a sense of belonging among staff, students, and families.

Requirements:

• Montessori qualifications (6-12)
• 5+ years of experience at the Elementary level
• Fluency in English
• A bachelor’s degree in Teaching or Education is a plus
