Our family runs a small Montessori school in Switzerland. We are aware of the difficulties involving the recruiting of well-trained Montessori professionals.

There are a variety of cross sectoral job platforms in each country. As well as additional job platforms run by national Montessori associations. Employers often do not know where to advertise their job vacancies in order to achieve the best possible outreach. On the other hand, job seekers, also willing to work in other countries, have to search and filter all these job platforms and job sites individually in order to get an overview.

We have created an international Montessori job platform exclusively for the Montessori community in order to simplify the job search for employers and job seekers. We look forward to bringing all Montessori`s together on our "Montessori Jobs" platform.
